My husband and I went to Australia for our 25th wedding anniversary. We loved it there…such an interesting place, with friendly people and good food. It is where we first encountered Tim-Tams, lamingtons, a vast array of meat pies and Anzac Biscuits. Love at first taste. One of the best things about Anzac biscuits is that they are very easy to make.
